Most Treasure Valley roofs we replace are tied to a storm or hail claim. That focus means we know what insurers look for and how to document it. We photograph and itemize the damage, hand you a clear report for your carrier, and stay involved through the build — so the roof gets done right and the paperwork holds up.
A roof inspection shouldn't come with pressure. We climb the roof, check for hail bruising, wind-lifted shingles, flashing failures, and interior leak signs, then walk you through what we found in plain language. If there's no real damage, we'll tell you. If there is, you decide the next step — not us.
We work in Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Boise, and Kuna — not a national call center routing you to a crew that's never seen an Idaho hailstorm. We know the local weather patterns, the common roof types here, and the inspectors and suppliers in the valley.
It's a four-step path. We inspect and document the storm or hail damage, give you a report to file with your insurer, meet your adjuster on-site to walk them through what we found, and complete the approved repair or replacement. You stay in control of your claim throughout.
We assess the roof and photograph storm or hail damage — bruising, granule loss, lifted or torn shingles, flashing and vent damage.
You get a detailed, itemized report you can submit to your insurance carrier as part of your claim.
When your carrier sends an adjuster, we meet them on the roof to show them the damage we documented, so nothing gets missed.
Once your claim is approved, we schedule the work and complete the repair or full replacement with quality materials and a clean jobsite.
After a hailstorm or windstorm, Sawtooth Roofing inspects your roof, documents the damage for your insurance claim, and completes the approved restoration.
